I use this video every morning but when I start to watch my eye close itself and I start to see other images in my mind. here i get confused. That’s mean I have to stay strong open my eyes or I have to follow my mind.please tell me what to do
You have to remind yourself of why you’re watching. You have to focus on your intentions. If other thoughts pop up, acknowledge them, and then give them permission to leave so that you can return to focusing on your intentions.
