- Go to a quiet place where you will not be disturbed
- Put on headphones
- As the meditation track begins, allow your mind to clear, become blank like white paper
- If other thoughts pop up in your head, say “hello” to them then give them permission to leave
- Begin thinking about your intention, what you want as a goal, what you want to change about yourself
- Mentally picture yourself as you would appear if things were changed to your liking
- Hold that mental picture of yourself as long as you can and invite your subconscious to see it to
- Allow your subconscious to show you images and ideas of what you need to do
- Pay attention to ideas that suddenly appear in your head out of nowhere in the days following your meditation and take action on them
If you follow those instructions and actually USE this meditation track, you will be amazed at some of the results that follow. Really glad you enjoy it. I didn’t encode any subliminals in this one. It’s strictly for meditating and having a conversation with your own subconscious as opposed to programming it. I don’t recall the specific binaural beat frequencies that I used, but I do know I made it specifically for trance like meditation, so it would appear you’re getting the intended affects.

What is really amazing is that I use a very similar visual technique for a workshop that I present called, “Manifesting Your Dream”. NO, I do not recommend using it in the car. First of all, it’s designed to aid in meditation, relax your mind, which is dangerous while in a car. Second, you need headphones to get the full effect.

There is no save button. Follow the instructions on the page that tell you where to right click and download the file and you’ll have it.

I listened to the meditstion and I have to say it is amazing but reagrding the instructions to downlead it I am sorry they are confusing. There is just one text which axtually says to “right clik and save as” which you claimdoesn not exist and to follow the instruction ..when you clik on the page there is no instuction, it just plays the meditation. I went rough all the website trying to find it and I couldn’t. Could please tell us how do we download it again?

It says “RIGHT CLICK HERE”. That’s where you RIGHT CLICK, and then from the menu that pops up, select SAVE AS or SAVE FILE AS or SAVE LINK AS and download it to your computer. It works, trust me. We’re watching hundreds of people download this each day since it was released.
