I like these videos but work quite a long day so can only listen before work and short time on an evening or you seem anti social, I am not good with technology . If I sign up to the $8 a week deal first of all, not sure what you get for that but also can I download them onto my laptop desktop and how do I do that. Also I have a new I phone 4 how do I download them onto my phone without going through you tube each time.
I drive a lot in my job and often listen to music Would it be dangerous to listen to these whilst driving.

I’ve been having some serious self esteem issues lately and I wasn’t able to shake them through my usual forms of meditation, prayer and affirmations. But this soundtrack is helping me break through some painful blocks I have.
Because I’m extremely short on time, I sorta did something different than what you normally suggest: I loaded the soundtrack on my iPod and set it to play in a loop while I fall and stay sleep for three nights now. I wake up feeling really good and positive and self assured like I haven’t felt in a long time. Even my reflection in the mirror looks different to me… I like what I see more than I did a few days ago. LOL

Any video that has audio subliminals will still provide some of the same benefits if just listening. But the imagery helps you focus, which you usually can’t do if you’re walking around, exercising, or otherwise distracted while trying to listen.

Glad you enjoyed it. Make sure you focus on the self esteem commands that I listed on the post. There are hundreds of subliminal commands like those that your subconscious will be exposed to. Eventually you should start to notice “shifts” in how you feel about yourself.
