I found you on YouTube and I have been using the exercise/eat healthy subliminal for about a month at first I didn’t think I noticed anything then all of a sudden my eating habits changed in a big way. I didn’t want to buy junk, I cut out all junk food and bought only whole fresh foods. Drink only herbal tea or water and I exercise every other day consistently.
